Careers practitioners in Australia are celebrating the launch of the final version of the Australian Blueprint for Career Development

Blueprint is a framework of career development competencies that individuals need to support their personal development, learning and work exploration, and career building. It has taken several years of consulting, drafting, and testing to produce a framework that will help to promote a career development culture in Australia. The online version is available at: http://www.blueprint.edu.au. It complements the Professional Standards for Australian Career Development Practitioners and the online national career information system My Future (www.myfuture.edu.au).
