Briefing

Careers Education Units and Qualifications

This month’s CEIAG briefing reports on developments in careers education units and qualifications for young people. It sets this in the context of national developments in the accreditation of learning. The briefing outlines the main factors centres need to take into account when making decisions about careers qualifications and provides a framework for comparing qualifications. But it begins by examining the arguments for and against accrediting career learning.
