Information Advice and Guidance - Audit against the Quality Standards

To ensure the improvement of IAG, the DCSF, through a contract with igen, is providing a free audit service against the Quality Standards. It is recommended that all 14-19 Consortia, that have not yet done so, register for the audit before Christmas. Following the audit, the consultant will work with the consortium to prepare an action plan and implementation plan for improving the provision of IAG.
