Sue Edmonds of The Park Community School, Barnstaple, is career teacher of the year 2009

These awards celebrate the achievements of those working in the field of career guidance, and highlight a range of inspirational and creative work. Twenty-two projects were shortlisted and there were nine overall winners.

The two top awards for outstanding contributions to everyday practice went to Aileen Graham of GEMS Northern Ireland (Career Guidance Practitioner of the Year 2009) and Sue Edmonds, The Park Community School, Barnstaple (Career Teacher of the Year 2009).
