National consultancy and support for economic wellbeing and IAG


A comprehensive support structure is now in place to help schools, colleges and 14-19 partnerships improve learning for economic wellbeing and information, advice and guidance for young people.

 

Carol James is the National Champion for Information, Advice and Guidance within the SSAT Diploma Support programme. Carol leads a team of nine regional champions, one in each Government Office area. For more information, visit the website.

 

Igen, through funding from the DCSF, is providing free support to Diploma consortia to meet the requirements of the Information, Advice and Guidance National Quality Standards. For more information, visit the website.

Sue Barr and Jenny Wales have been appointed as joint National Subject Leaders (NSLs) for Economic Wellbeing. Ruth Kerry had also been appointed as Lead Practitioner for Economic Wellbeing and Financial Capability (EWFC) and Nick Boddington had recently been appointed as the NSL for Personal Wellbeing.
