‘Connexions in Action: Challenging Gender Barriers’ is a ‘good practice’ document produced by NACP in partnership with DfES (now DCSF) and the Equal Opportunities Commission (now EHRC). It responds to two key reports – ‘Free to Choose’ [EOC, 2005] and ‘Shaping a Fairer Future [Women and Work Commission, 2006] that evidenced gender-related gaps in workplace opportunities.
